Do not baste quilt top, backing, and batting. Fabric should be square, edges straight, and no selvage edges.
Backing and batting should be at least 8-10 inches longer and 6 inches wider than the quilt top. Backing fabric should be seamed and pressed.
Top should be clean and pressed, clip all threads and points, free of all pins, and a final "check over" for any seams that need to be re-stitched. Pin head of quilt with a safety pin.
Shipping... Insure quilt to the fullest amount. Enclose quilt top, back, and batting in a large plastic bag, (including name, address, phone number), seal tightly in cardboard box and mail or UPS to:

Upon receipt of your quilt, we will mail you a confirmation letter with the estimated quilting price and expected date of completion. When your quilt is finished you will be notified including the final amount due (including postage and insurance). Your quilt will be shipped when final payment is received.
