Let's "create a memory" by collecting photographs and mementos to create a scrapbook collage of memories in quilt form. Photos and other memorabilia are copied and transferred onto fabric. You can mark a special event like an anniversary, birthday, graduation, wedding, retirement, family tree, history of a business, church, or your hometown.

Ideas that can "help" when planning your quilt: Copies of family photos, children's art, original drawings, greeting cards/invitations, poems, sale bills, drivers license, letterhead/business cards, advertising/logos, receipts, ticket stubs, newspaper clippings, baby's hand/footprint, pet pictures, letters, autographs, handwritten messages, awards, diplomas, maps, calendars, postcards, and trip brochures.

You can also add: Old fabric, old doilies, linens, handkerchiefs, lace, ribbon, buttons, medals, patches, fabric from wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, grandparent's or relatives clothes, baby blanket/quilt or uniform.
